How Луна Айти handles enquiries and website visit data.

1. Controller
Дубинин Алексей Игоревич, ИНН 250551014198 is the owner of https://lunait.ru and the data controller: a self-employed professional income tax payer, not a registered individual entrepreneur. Луна Айти is the business name. Contact for data requests and withdrawal: manager@lunait.ru.
2. Enquiries
Contact and brief forms send enquiries only to manager@lunait.ru. The website and email are hosted by Timeweb. Forms do not automatically forward enquiries to CRM, messenger, payment or advertising services. The controller responds using the email or phone you provide.
3. Data and purpose
We process your name, supplied email and/or phone, selected service, message and project brief, form language and type, submission time, IP address and consent confirmation/version. The purpose is to respond, clarify the task, prepare an estimate and retain evidence of consent. Do not send identity documents, health or other sensitive data, or third-party data without a lawful basis.
4. Basis and actions
Enquiries are processed under separate consent given by checking the form box and submitting. Processing includes automated and manual collection, recording, storage, correction, use, transmission to the hosting/email provider, blocking and deletion. A subsequent contract or legal obligation may provide a separate basis. Enquiry consent does not authorise advertising messages.
5. Retention
Processing continues until the enquiry and related discussion are completed or consent is withdrawn, unless another lawful basis applies. Data must be deleted within 30 days after the purpose is achieved or consent withdrawn, subject to statutory exceptions. Contract records and necessary evidence are retained only on an independent lawful basis for a justified period. Deletion must cover email, trash, working copies and backups under the applicable legal blocking and destruction procedures.
6. Your analytics choice
Yandex Metrica is not loaded before you accept analytics. Decline keeps it off without restricting the site or enquiries. Your choice, date and consent version are stored in browser localStorage for up to one year. The former acknowledgement button is not treated as permission.
7. Analytics data
With separate consent, Yandex Metrica (ООО «ЯНДЕКС», counter 110055809) receives IP address, browser/device information, cookie identifiers, visited pages and visit timing for statistics and website improvement. The site does not intentionally pass form contents, contact details, query strings or fragments to analytics. Session Replay, click maps and automatic link tracking are disabled. Service cookies have their own lifetimes; for example, _ym_uid lasts up to one year.
8. Recipients
Timeweb delivers and stores enquiry emails as part of hosting and email services. ООО «ЯНДЕКС» receives analytics data only after consent, under its service terms. Authorities may receive data where legally required. The website does not implement automatic forwarding of enquiries abroad. External messenger links open separate services; sending a message there is a separate user action.
9. Protection and rights
The controller must restrict access, protect accounts and devices, observe retention periods and respond to requests and incidents. For access, correction, blocking, deletion or withdrawal, email manager@lunait.ru using enough information to identify your enquiry. Statutory response periods apply. You may complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.
10. Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer and choose Decline to stop the counter and delete accessible first-party Metrica cookies/storage. Cookies on other domains can be managed through your browser. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data previously received by the provider; contact the controller about it. Document updates do not expand previously granted consent.
